MLR Operations/Marketing Lead (Pharmaceuticals)

Role Overview

As the MLR & Veeva Operations Lead in the Healthcare division, you will stand up and run the function that gets pharmaceutical promotional content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review at scale. You will own the methodology, the Veeva Vault PromoMats environment, and the small team that keeps assets moving across reviewers without bottlenecks.

What You Will Do

You will function leadership, team leadership & coaching, Veeva PromoMats ownership, client & stakeholder leadership, employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes, and utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.

Requirements

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional operations
• Deep Veeva Vault PromoMats expertise at the admin level
• People leadership experience
• Strong command of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202
• Proven track record in compressing review cycle times and increasing content throughput at scale
