Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will interact with all departments and have client contact, offering opportunities to take on challenges and advance within the agency. You will be an internal team leader responsible for ensuring all members of the brand and project team work together effectively while developing successful marketing communication programs and helping create strategies that payers will remember.
What You Will Do
Manage communications with team members, assist Client Services team to support new business initiatives, coordinate pitch presentations, lead point of contact for assigned projects, implement projects to promote client success, and drive daily activities of a project.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Pharmaceutical agency experience with at least 2 years combined experience in Accounts and Project Management
- Experience with direct client contact
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel enabled (up to 5% expected)
- Proven teamwork skills and flexibility
- Excellent verbal/written interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills
