Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from relationship management to risk minimization to expansion, with a focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR). You will work closely with product management, sales, support, and marketing to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
Concretely, you will own the relationship with customers, drive customer value, grow your customer base, and be the voice of the customer in product development. You will also coordinate cross-functionally with sales, support, and marketing for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success or comparable experience from corporate consulting
- Proven responsibility for retention and expansion
- Ability to economically manage an account portfolio
- Proactive risk management skills
- Ownership and ability to take uncomfortable conversations
- Ability to structure customer needs for product teams
- Communication skills in German and English
