Role Overview
The Director of Field Marketing builds and leads the local marketing engine that fuels community connection, store growth, and brand visibility. This role develops the strategy, tools, and playbook that empower General Managers and Retail leaders to execute impactful grassroots activations consistently and effectively.
What You Will Do
Develop and own Pressed’s Field Marketing Playbook—a scalable toolkit for store-level activations that drive awareness, traffic, and trial. Design and oversee a steady cadence of grassroots marketing activities across all stores, including fitness events, school partnerships, community fairs, and local collaborations.

8+ years of experience in field, brand, or experiential marketing, within a multi-unit retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand. Proven ability to design and scale local marketing programs that balance brand consistency with local creativity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in field, brand, or experiential marketing
- Proven ability to design and scale local marketing programs
- Strong project management and event operations skills
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing budgets and performance metrics
- Willingness to travel regularly to markets and events
