Brand Manager

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading and managing one or more of our consumer brands on our Over-the-Counter Healthcare marketing teams. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, small, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective and collaborative teamwork in the following key areas of marketing.

What You Will Do

The individual will be responsible for brand plan development, program management and execution, new product development, social media management, e-commerce/digital marketing exposure, market analysis, business forecasting/results, sales, and margin enhancement.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive brand management, marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer healthcare, or related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. The candidate should have strong commercial acumen, understanding of retailer and consumer dynamics, and ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 4-6 years of progressive brand management, marketing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer healthcare, or related experience
• Strategic Leadership
• Experience utilizing syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.)
• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating return on investment of marketing initiatives
• Superior critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Energized by an entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with Company sales and merchandising standards, policies and procedures, and competitive position
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retailer and consumer dynamics
• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Benefits

• Salary Range: $130,000.00 – $145,000.00
• Hybrid work schedule
• 40 hours per week
• 10% travel via car, plane, rail
