Role Overview

You will advise and support business customers on technical challenges in MCPTT and mobile communications, managing customer projects from presales to technical onboarding and pilot operation.

What You Will Do

You will process technical questions, perform error analysis, and solve problems in testing and ongoing operation, working closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in MCPTT
• Good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications
• Understanding of critical operation and emergency communication
• Experience in advising complex technical ITK solutions in the B2B field
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in project management
• Good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Completed degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or information technology, or comparable qualification, with several years of relevant professional experience
