Role Overview
We are looking for a goal-oriented sales leader to help develop a high-performance sales team, hire, train, and mentor staff, and provide leadership to the sales channels. This is a great opportunity to transform our business from a logistics company into a technology-focused company.
What You Will Do
You will help meet and exceed goals for new business, generate and manage leads for sales reps, facilitate calls to help sales reps close deals and problem solve, and participate in sales meetings and conference calls.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of freight sales experience
- Prior documented success selling logistics services in a sales environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills needed in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively make decisions
- Ability to partner and communicate with management to refine systems and implement best practices
- General business and financial acumen
- Must relocate to Tempe, Arizona
