Role Overview
ProAg is looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager to develop strategic relationships with current and potential producers of profitable business within Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. The role offers an immense opportunity to develop and grow as a sales professional.
What You Will Do
Develop a strategic territory plan, meet or exceed sales goals, serve as a primary relationship owner for assigned agent accounts, and become a subject-matter expert on ProAg’s products and business.

Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience
- Crop insurance experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 75%
