Role Overview
ProAg is looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager in Nebraska to develop strategic relationships with current and potential producers of profitable business within Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. The role involves developing a strategic territory plan, meeting with prospective agents, and driving additional business through various means.
What You Will Do
The District Sales Manager will develop and maintain a database of current and prospective agents, meet or exceed sales goals, and serve as a primary relationship owner for assigned agent accounts. They will also become a subject-matter expert on ProAg’s products and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience
- Crop insurance experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability to work independently and focus on achieving organizational goals
