Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Prospect and lead generation, sales outreach, relationship building, pipeline management, objection handling, and collaboration with marketing and product development teams.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-6 years’ proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry, with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years’ proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS-based solutions and fintech products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle objections effectively and close deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
