Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Operations/Demand Generation Leader to join our high-growth team. As a hybrid role, you’ll work 3 days a week in our Vancouver office and be responsible for executing end-to-end demand generation programs, managing HubSpot, and building executive-level reporting dashboards.

What You Will Do

You’ll own and execute demand generation programs, manage HubSpot, build reporting dashboards, serve as a liaison to our external marketing agency, and lead revenue operations functions.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field
  • Hands-on Salesforce (or HubSpot) expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue operations and sales analytics
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies or vendors
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel
  • Background in professional services, IT consulting, AI consulting, or systems integration
