Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Engineer for Enterprise accounts, you will act as a strategic Account SE and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, partnering closely with Account Managers to help organizations strengthen their communication security, threat protection, and data protection strategies while driving long-term customer success.
What You Will Do
You will drive solution value across Proofpoint’s portfolio—AI-powered Email Security, Threat Protection, Information Protection (DLP/Insider Threat), Cloud App Security, and emerging AI security solutions. You will help customers strengthen communication security, threat protection, and data protection strategies while supporting broader security transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- 6+ years as an Account SE, Security Specialist, Solutions Architect, or senior pre-sales engineer supporting enterprise customers
- Experience designing security architectures and integrating cybersecurity solutions across cloud, identity, endpoint, email, and modern workplace environments
- Hands-on experience in modern communication security technologies, including AI-powered email security, secure email gateways (SEG), API-based email protection platforms, threat protection, phishing defense, collaboration security, data security, endpoint security, identity security, or security operations
