Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives that drive member growth, engagement and retention. This role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, ensuring consistency across all channels, and delivering measurable results aligned with organizational objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, translate brand strategy into effective omnichannel marketing plans, lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital platforms, and manage and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 3+ years of experience within a financial institution preferred
- 1+ year of leadership experience
