Role Overview
Support the effective operation of the Learning & Skills portfolio by managing governance, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and compliance processes.
What You Will Do
Establish and manage product governance processes, support product budget planning, coordinate procurement and contract management activities, track vendor performance, and prepare reports.

Requirements
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in governance, procurement, programme management, digital transformation, product operations, or enterprise application delivery
- Experience in budgeting, procurement, vendor management, governance, or audit-related activities
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and procurement processes within large organisations
