Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you’ll drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while exemplifying Purple’s values. This role will give you an opportunity to grow your selling skills, master product knowledge, and become a top-seller in our retail stores.

What You Will Do

Drive sales and KPIs, make strategic sales decisions, establish clear personal goals, and consistently monitor progress. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, and learn and communicate product knowledge to match customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment
  • Comfortable learning & adapting to new technology
  • Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
  • Desire to improve selling behavior and problem solving
  • Understanding of basic business management functions
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Proven competencies in effective communication
  • Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
