Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will oversee the SPIU team and ensure Programme milestones are met. You will lead the team executing approved projects under the RAMP scheme and provide periodic reporting of the overall performance of Programme to the client.

Your responsibilities will include overall management of SPIU team, ensuring Programme milestones are met, leading the team executing approved projects, and ensuring timely communication and compliance with all agreed-upon financial and procurement procedures.

You should have a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in managing development projects, preferably in the MSME domain.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language – reading/ speaking/ writing;
  • Strong report writing and data analytic skills
  • Experience in MSME sector
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in MSME domain
  • At least 3 years experience in Programme implementation in a leadership role
  • Post Graduate degree in economics/social sciences/public administration/ Masters/Post graduate diploma in business management from national/ international premier institutes
