Role Overview
We are seeking a Outside Sales Manager-Surfaces and Panels- FLorida Region to lead a sales team and grow our sales region. The role involves leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives, providing training and development, and managing sales activities. The ideal candidate has experience leading an outside sales team within the building materials industry and is a strong, hands-on leader and educator.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives, join team on field sales calls, provide training and development, hold direct selling responsibility for customer accounts, direct and monitor sales activities, manage individual sales representative performance, establish and monitor product mix, coordinate promotions, and organize Regional Sales Meetings.
