Role Overview
Lead the strategy and development of customer email and mobile marketing programs to meet customer lifecycle objectives and business goals. This role is hybrid and requires onsite work at West Chester, PA several days per month.
What You Will Do
Develop calendar-driven marketing programs, drive creative best practices, utilize customer behavior data, and manage financial goals and budgets. Partner with cross-functional teams and manage program management and execution for direct mail/catalog initiatives.

7+ years of consumer direct marketing experience, experience with marketing through multiple channels, and 3+ years of experience managing staff. Strong creative, customer segmentation, and analytical experience/background.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of consumer direct marketing experience
- Experience with marketing through multiple channels; email, website, catalog and direct mail
- 3+ years’ experience managing staff coupled with proven record of ability to develop team
- Strong creative, customer segmentation and analytical experience/background
