Role Overview
The Business Development Engineer will support business growth and market expansion for our engineered product lines. This role combines relationship management, technical support, and strategic business development within the construction and engineered products industries.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and industry partners. Provide technical guidance and design support during project planning, design, specification, and specification phases.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Experience in construction, structural systems, foundation repair, engineered products, technical sales, project management, business development, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects, customer relationships, and travel schedules independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software platforms
