Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Regional Marketing Leader for North America (NAM) to drive regional marketing strategies, execute our global marketing strategy, and position Randstad as the ultimate Partner for Talent. This executive role sits on the global marketing leadership team, reporting to the Global CMO, and will lead the restructuring and strategic growth of our B2B, e-commerce, and B2B2C marketing portfolios across the region.

Drive Regional Strategy, Global Centralization, Cohesive Positioning, E-Commerce & B2B Marketing Leadership, Budget & Team Restructuring, and Key Metrics You’ll Own.

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in marketing, with a significant portion dedicated to e-commerce and B2B
- Proven track record within a global, matrixed organization
- Proven ability to build and grow a global brand (preferably B2B2C)
- Experience managing digital portfolios including enterprise-level business lines
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools
- Required expertise in DMP/TP platforms and the application of AI agents within marketing workflows
