Role Overview

Drive strategic, profitable growth in the assigned market(s) for RBC Bearings, Inc. in the automotive aftermarket industry. Collaborate with the sales organization to establish strategies and penetrate new target accounts.

What You Will Do

Complete market research, establish product road maps, and develop marketing plans to achieve sales objectives. Develop customer relationships, present critical metrics, and provide data for forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applicable management field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Sales Management in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Strategic thinking and analysis (pricing, market segmentation)
  • Able to manage/balance competing priorities
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
