Role Overview
As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will execute digital marketing strategies across public-facing digital channels. This role focuses on three key functions: digital marketing campaign execution, optimizing digital acquisition through public websites, and website maintenance with performance reporting.
What You Will Do
Execute marketing campaigns, monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, maintain website functionality, analyze digital funnels, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must-have: 5+ years of digital marketing experience, strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, and advanced proficiency with Google Analytics. Nice-to-have: experience in financial services industry and familiarity with website analytics tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing, campaign management, or website management experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, user experience, and digital content strategy
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Power BI, etc
- Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools and methodologies
- Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) and DAM (Digital Asset Management)
- Experience monitoring and reporting on campaign acquisition and conversion metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools
- Collaborative team player with strong project management skills
