Role Overview

Join Realtor.com as a Sales Representative in a unique and exciting inside sales role. You will make high-volume outbound calls to sell our lead generation product, Connections Plus, to real estate agents and brokers. As a member of our team, you will be required to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve performance goals.

What You Will Do

Generate new business sales through high-volume outbound cold calling, sell lead generation products, and consistently achieve performance goals and key KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in tele-sales (cold calling preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals through new customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to maintain a positive and’solution-minded’ mindset when faced with challenges
