Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Manager at RECUP, you will lead the development and implementation of B2B campaigns and direct marketing measures, creating target group-specific communication and advertising materials. You will be responsible for key account marketing, partner communication, and marketing automation, as well as tracking campaign performance and reporting results.
What You Will Do
Plan and implement B2B campaigns and direct marketing measures, develop target group-specific communication, create advertising materials, brief internal and external creatives, steer approval processes, and develop active POS concepts.

You will be a central point of contact for partners in marketing-related questions, build automated communication channels, and develop the setup and logic in HubSpot. You will also track campaign performance, lead optimizations, and report results clearly and structured.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a relevant part focused on B2B
- Experience in managing creatives and agencies
- Communication strength in German (C2 level required) and English
- AI competence and genuine enthusiasm for working with it
- HubSpot knowledge or solid experience with other CRM systems or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Data-driven approach
