Role Overview
The Business Lead, Revenue Strategy & Operations will collaborate with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team to drive sales rigor, operational excellence, and sales strategy for the overall LCS business. This role will partner with the Sr. Director to drive sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
What You Will Do
The Business Lead will program manage critical initiatives, devise and recommend go-to-market strategies, track data, and maintain reporting processes. They will also build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles
- Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in sales systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- SQL proficiency
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities
