Financial Analyst – Customer Dedicated

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst – Customer Dedicated will support recurring financial and operational reporting for the enterprise customer and Redwood leadership. The role will analyze transportation spend, premium freight, carrier costs, accessorials, and operational trends across locations, carriers, and modes.

What You Will Do

The Financial Analyst – Customer Dedicated will support customer finance and accounting stakeholders with accrual support, transportation cost analysis, and plant, carrier, and shipment-level financial reporting and visibility. The role will also support month-end reporting, business reviews, and recurring operational and financial review meetings with customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• 2+ years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment in financial analysis, reporting, transportation operations, or supply chain support
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with carrier contracts, routing guides, transportation rating, or TMS configuration preferred
