Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Associate to support our sales development team. The role involves managing and coaching the sales development team to generate qualified leads, ensure CRM accuracy, and improve conversion rates. The team leader will be responsible for team leadership, process and script development, training and development, lead management, and dashboard and metrics reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or sales development
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
