Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A

Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A to join the Finance team of RentingCarz Holdings. This position is based in our office in Medellín, Colombia. As a key strategic partner, you will bring financial expertise to support strategic decision-making in sales, marketing, operations, customer service, IT, Product, and Human Resources.

You will analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions in revenue planning, marketing ROI, payment economy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to build and maintain complex operational financial models
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Amazon QuickSight, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex financial challenges
• Comfort working in a multifunctional environment and communicating complex financial information to non-financial audiences
• Action-oriented, strong work ethic, and experience delivering operational results under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, business judgment, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Reside in Medellín, Colombia, or be willing to relocate
