Role Overview
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached. This role requires in-person attendance and involves managing a sales team, setting clear goals, and driving team members to achieve them.
What You Will Do
Manage the sales department, lead and motivate the sales team, set clear team goals, drive team members to achieve them, coordinate with the marketing team, monitor the sales funnel, address issues proactively, and operate self-sufficiently.

Requirements
- C1 English level proficiency and fluency
- 5+ years of experience in managing a sales team

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor, and motivate staff
- Ability to handle and manage interoffice conflict and issues
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to remain compliant with internal policies, call standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent phone presence and results-oriented
- Strong computer skills, such as in Microsoft Windows Office suite, especially in Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to existing and new procedures
