Role Overview

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be highly organized and execution-focused, providing critical hands-on support to the demand generation strategists of the team. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director, Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, and provides execution engine that keeps programs moving on time and on target.

What You Will Do

You will own the end-to-end build and execution of marketing emails in HubSpot, leverage HubSpot AI features to accelerate email drafting, subject line testing, and workflow building, and manage email nurture workflows and drip sequences. You will also own the full technical setup and execution of webinars across platforms, including Zoom Webinars & Payload CMS.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tool)
  • Comfort working in Salesforce for lead management and reporting
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Zoom Webinars or ON24
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with comfort pulling, organizing, and presenting data in spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude
  • Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field – or equivalent experience
