The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Analytics is responsible for driving optimal efficiency of trade spending through customer and product prioritization, delivering an accurate volume forecast, and ensuring efficient utilization of production resources.

What You Will Do

Lead, develop, and continuously improve customer event and volume forecast analytics to optimize Tableware trade spending efficiency and drive brand share growth. Assist Trade Directors in the leadership and execution of customer-level annual strategic plans, including customer marketing events, shelf-level assortment, at-shelf promotions, and at-shelf pricing.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, preferably including trade management, key account management, customer marketing, and/or field sales leadership
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using syndicated data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across high-performing teams
  • Proficient in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel
