Role Overview

The Inside Sales Rep – Power Systems will actively participate in all safety initiatives and promote company culture and policies. They will work with the VP of Sales to review and manage new customer leads, qualify accounts, and quote retail products. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with customers, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying project locations to share sales leads with other sales reps.

What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Rep – Power Systems will assist customers in a consultative manner to provide the best solution, determine urgency, and accurately capture pertinent data through the company CRM systems. They will stay current and maintain knowledge on CAT and other Prime Product Lines, informational resources, and training curriculum.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
