Role Overview
As a Regional Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will lead the next evolution of our channel ecosystem, driving the success of our reseller partner channel and empowering partners to lead with an AI-first mindset.
What You Will Do
You will build and maintain relationships with reseller partners, educate them on the value of our AI product suite, and develop joint business plans to align revenue targets with modern marketing initiatives and technical certifications.

You will collaborate with partners to identify and penetrate Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, drive adoption of the RingCentral Partner Portal, and lead partner engagements to combine employee communications and customer experience solutions.
Requirements
- AI Literacy: Ability to articulate the business impact of AI and Machine Learning in the communications space.
- Strategic Mastery: Expert negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable territory growth plans.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce.com and modern partner relationship management (PRM) tools
