Role Overview

As a Business Development Senior Manager at RippleX, you will drive individual partnership deals and provide operational support to senior leadership, working at the forefront of blockchain innovation. You will lead partnerships with financial institutions and enterprises, building the infrastructure for global business development.

What You Will Do

Contribute to the development and execution of RippleX’s Capital Markets strategy, build and nurture strategic partnerships, identify new business development opportunities, lead complex deal negotiations, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in capital markets
• Substantial traditional finance background at investment banks, trading firms, asset managers, or market infrastructure providers
• Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and their applications in institutional finance
• Proven track record of success in developing first-of-a-kind partnerships and closing complex deals within the financial services sector
• Established network of contacts within capital markets
• Strong business development and deal-making skills
• Exceptional ability to rapidly grasp sophisticated technology products and effectively communicate their value proposition to institutional partners
• Talent for analytical, strategic thinking combined with strength in collaborative, consultative selling
• Experience, drive, and validated results in launching or growing new businesses and leading cross-functional initiatives
