Marketing Growth and Experimentation Lead

Role Overview

The Marketing Growth and Experimentation Lead will set the vision, operating model, and roadmap for a multidisciplinary team focused on opportunity pipeline, experimentation, and validation. They will partner with Brand and Performance Marketing, Product, and Finance to identify and test new marketing channels and tactics.

What You Will Do

As the Marketing Growth and Experimentation Lead, you will recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing growth and experimentation team; define and run the opportunity pipeline; develop robust business cases for new opportunities; lead marketing forecasting and controlling processes; design and run experiments and pilots; measure and validate opportunities; and partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing strategy, or experimentation, including 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven track record finding and validating new marketing channels and tactics through pilots, A/B tests, and business cases that led to scaled investment
  • Strong business acumen; ability to connect experiments to revenue and margin impact
  • Strong experimentation and prioritization skills; comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced test-and-learn environments
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication; able to present pipeline and results clearly and drive cross-functional alignment
  • People leadership experience: hiring, coaching, and performance-managing analysts, growth marketers, and experimentation talent
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
