Role Overview
The CRM & Growth Operations Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining systems, data, and reporting infrastructure to track leads, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and operational performance across the organization.
What You Will Do
Maintain a reliable CRM system, ensure accurate pipeline and revenue tracking, provide performance dashboards and reports, identify inefficiencies and revenue leakage, and support data-driven decision-making.
