Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, your role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to establish and implement effective marketing strategies, drive process improvements, and provide leadership to the marketing team.
What You Will Do
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, lead and manage the marketing team, oversee brand development, conduct market research, plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, and develop and oversee the marketing budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices
- Experience in building and managing brand equity
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve high ROI on marketing investments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the East African market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
