Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven product & growth marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our fintech products.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth, and analyze user behavior to optimize conversion funnels.

Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in fintech or tech)
- Strong understanding of growth funnels (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue)
- Experience with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
