Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth, lead sales & marketing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and increase brand visibility. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and coach sales teams, create structured sales processes, identify new market opportunities, lead enterprise sales engagements, design and implement comprehensive marketing plans, lead digital marketing efforts, develop marketing campaigns, monitor competitor activities, and oversee brand messaging.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- At least 3 years in a management position
- Proven track record in meeting revenue targets
- Experience leading and managing a sales or marketing team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Benefits
- Salary: GHS 12,000 – GHS 15,000 (Gross)
