Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive the growth and expansion of Roche’s Near Patient Care Business. The primary purpose of the Account Manager is to grow enterprise value through commercial collaboration and sales execution.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy and tactics for the business, driving growth by servicing and selling to targeted pharmacies, hospitals, and diabetes clinics, and building on and developing well-established customer relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Medicine or equivalent
- 5 – 10 years account management skills in diagnostics/OTC/healthcare within both retail pharmacy & hospital
- Proven strategic account management experience in the Diabetes therapy area is desirable
- Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Aptitude for market development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and network internally and externally
- Ability to manage key accounts, build and enhance key relationships
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to strategically plan and prioritise sales activities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
- Growth and entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally as required
- A valid driver’s license is essential
