Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will strengthen Rockpanel’s marketing execution across European markets by supporting, coaching, and aligning the local MarCom network. You will act as the operational bridge between local market teams, global priorities, and digital marketing, helping ensure campaigns and initiatives are rolled out consistently, efficiently, and with strong local impact.
What You Will Do
Support and coach local MarCom teams in campaign implementation and execution; Translate global campaign strategies into clear local activation guidance; Improve execution consistency, quality, and speed across markets; Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively improve processes and ways of working;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, MarCom, or commercial project coordination within an international environment
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a complex international matrix organization
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
