Role Overview
Manage and develop assigned territory within the Region America Automotive segment, maintaining relationships with OEMs, strategic customers, and markets. This role supports defining account strategies, tactical plans, and targets, and leads a support team to execute the account strategy and resolve challenges.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage relationships with accounts and prospects, identify new target customers, lead and manage opportunity pipelines, and understand and monitor product costs to protect margins and achieve financial objectives.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive plastic industry, with a technical Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or similar), and experience working in a cross-functional matrixed environment.
Requirements

- Good computer skills, specifically in SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office products
