Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help share the stories, events, and experiences that make our community exceptional.
What You Will Do
Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email communications. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on community news, events, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software
- Basic website management and SEO knowledge
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
