Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager Paid Social, you will develop and manage paid social strategies for profitable new customer growth across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and analyze campaign performance based on clear KPIs. You will work closely with e-commerce, creative strategy, and CRM to implement data-based insights into scalable campaigns.
What You Will Do
You will plan, set up, and optimize performance campaigns in ad accounts, develop testing frameworks for creatives, targeting, and funnel structures, and build structured processes, campaign setups, and SOPs for sustainable scalability in performance marketing.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience in media buying on platforms such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Experience in planning and implementing data-driven performance campaigns with clear growth goals
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools such as Attributes or Google Analytics
- Ability to manage performance projects independently and achieve measurable results
