Role Overview
Build and manage Klaviyo flows, loyalty, and subscription channels to drive revenue growth. Establish a testing machine and make data-driven decisions. Manage a team and steer the agency.
What You Will Do
Design and implement complex flow architectures, segmentation logic, and A/B testing setups. Integrate Klaviyo AI and predictive features into segmentation and flow logic. Manage subscription and loyalty communication to drive repeat purchase rates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 3+ years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle experience in a D2C or e-commerce company. Proven Klaviyo expertise and analytical depth. German native speaker with secure English skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of CRM, Retention or Lifecycle experience in a D2C or E-commerce company
- Proven Klaviyo expertise: complex Flow Architectures, segmentation logic, A/B testing setups, deliverability management
- Shopify Stack experience is mandatory, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Analytical depth: cohort analyses, repeat rate structures, attribution logic and incrementality thinking
