Sales Operations Supervisor

Role Overview

Inside Sales Leader responsible for facilitating cooperation, accountability, and empowerment within the team. Oversees the Inside Sales team, ensuring they are proactive and productively engaged in selling activities. Provides customer satisfaction through timely quotes, bids, and follow-up.

What You Will Do

Perform quality work within deadlines, interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers, and work effectively as a team contributor. Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring Inside Sales and Warehouse employees, train, coach, and lead staff.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus
• PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Mechanical/Technical aptitude
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Reliable and effective communicator
• Strong teamwork and professional demeanor
