Role Overview
Inside Sales Leader with responsibility to facilitate an atmosphere of cooperation, accountability and empowerment. The Sales Operations Supervisor will lead the Inside Sales team and be responsible for customer satisfaction, sales and marketing objectives, and team development.
What You Will Do
Perform quality work within deadlines, interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers, and work effectively as a team contributor. The Sales Operations Supervisor will also train, coach, and lead staff, and uphold the company’s image of professionalism and service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience, and knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry. - PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude
