Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Automation Specialist focused on improving how Sales Operations works through automation and applied AI. This role centers on identifying inefficiencies in existing workflows and incrementally automating them to improve speed, consistency, and overall quality across the Commercial organization.

What You Will Do

Assess current operating processes and identify where AI or automation can improve speed, quality, or consistency. Incrementally automate manual or semi-manual workflows across Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing or implementing process automation solutions
  • Solid understanding of Sales Operations and commercial workflows, including the end-to-end lead-to-cash life cycle
  • Practical experience with automation, analytics, and productivity tools such as: Tableau CRM, Looker, QlikView/QlikSense, Salesforce, DocuSign, Alteryx, Gemini, Copilot, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong execution mindset, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual effort through automation
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Sales Operations, and technical teams
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn, and experiment with emerging AI and automation capabilities
