Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting revenue growth by managing customer follow-up, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate pipeline visibility, supporting quote activity, and helping drive opportunities from lead through purchase order closure.
What You Will Do
Follow up on quotes with customers, third-party resellers, and channel partners to confirm procurement timelines, identify required revisions, and advance opportunities toward purchase order closure. Maintain extensive phone and email communication with customers, Sales Managers, channel partners, and internal teams to support active opportunities and customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales, sales development, or a commercial customer-facing role
- Autonomous in sales development, prospecting, qualification, and closing
- Strong ability to determine customer needs and position appropriate solutions
- Experience with pricing, negotiation, and basic legal/commercial terms
- Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and standard desktop software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across global functions
- Adaptable, customer-focused, and effective in managing time and priorities
