Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will build relationships, recommend products, and inform customers of promotions and events.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include completing transactions, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues. You will also be responsible for setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
